Haha, I remember hearing Al Gore was supposed to be the Antichrist too! Now he's a... lecturer? Although, quite the apocalyptic lecturer.

Thanks for the article, Matt. I found it thought-provoking. Such as the following statement by Cardinal Biffi:

"The Antichrist [is] not necessarily a person but 'the reduction of Christianity to an ideology.'"
